We had pancakes galore today in St. Patrick's.
All our children were given their yearly dose of pancakes today thanks to Anne! She was hard at work from early this morning to ensure that pupils and staff alike had their fill. We had every topping under the sun!
We even managed to get expert tips from our very own master baker - Mr John Holland! He was on hand this morning to pass on his secrets to ensure the batter was the best it could be!
